COMPLETE YOUR PARENT SURVEY
We hope you and your family are well and safe during these trying times. We know that due to the extraordinary circumstance of COVID19, children and school staff are both learning and teaching remotely. However, we do not want you to miss your opportunity to provide our school with valuable feedback by sharing your voice. Given the situation, the 2020 NYC School Survey deadline has been extended to Friday, June 26. In addition, we are making every effort to ensure that all parents/guardians are able to take the survey online.
The code lookup tool is available for parents/guardians to retrieve their survey access codes. You can also call the survey hotline at 1-877-819-2363 to retrieve their access codes. Thank you and BE SAFE EVERYONE!
