Summer Support Services

Intensive summer courses (9th Grade Summerbridge, 12th Grade AP Camp, Credit Recovery, Regents Prep) to drive achievement in the year ahead

College & Career Center

A differentiated approach to college advising that assists and supports each student in finding the right school and creates a college-focused senior plan

Early College Awareness Programs

Opportunities in and out of school aimed at creating awareness of and readiness for college among 9th through 11th graders, supported by a push-in college curriculum

The After-School Learning Academy

A diverse program of extracurricular activities intended to help students develop special talents and continue learning after the last bell

The Advisory Cornerstone Project

A unique ninth grade experience that partners every advisory with an outside organization to identify a compelling theme and create a powerful project around it

Lunch with Lawyers

A monthly discussion seminar during which students share lunch with a legal professional and ask questions in a casual and intimate setting

Young Men's Initiative

Programming tailored to the needs and interests of young men to foster achievement and a positive sense of self

Internships

Exciting pre-professional experiences in highly professional office settings either over the summer or during senior year

CSI: Community Service Initiative

A grassroots campaign to revive teen volunteerism by sending eleventh grade advisories out into the community to perform acts of community service and bring the lessons they learn back to school.

Vertical Mentoring

Cross-age mentoring relationships between older and younger students that provide growth experiences for both mentors and mentees

Field Trips and Guest Speakers

Scheduled opportunities to bring the school into the outside world and the outside world into the school, and thereby empower students through constant involvement
