Senior Visit to US Attorney's Office

On September 28, SLJ seniors went on a field trip to the US Attorney's Office to participate in a Voting Rights workshop led by US Attorney Robert Capers and Chief of Civil Rights Michael Goldberger. After learning about the historical background of voting rights in the US, students debated current issues in voting. Thanks to the US Attorney's office, Suzanne Telan, and 12th grade teacher Mr. Seltz who all put in a lot of time and effort to make this meaningful experience possible!
